Wellness Training

When we take care of our wellness, we have more potential for success. Burnout is a real thing and there are steps we can take to care for our health, both physical and mental in order to prevent reaching the point of burnout.

After having faced a health crisis and needing hospitalization to get healthy again, I know firsthand the devastation that can come from neglecting self-care. Now having learned the tools and a few tricks to maintain my wellness, I am passionate about sharing these tools with others. 

A wellness training includes:

  • A signed copy of my book for each participant
  • A 45-60 minute presentation about How to Plant Seeds for Resilience and Happier Living
  • Time for questions and group discussion after
